Keep The French Quarter Safe Together

That's the idea behind the new mobile app the French Quarter Task Force.  The idea is simple and easy: if you see a crime being committed or something that looks suspicious, simply launch the app, report where the suspicious activity is taking place and what kind of activity it is, optionally snap a photo of it, and then specialized patrol officers will be dispatched to that area immediately.  Thousands of French Quarter residents are already on board and agree that it has cut down on both crimes and police response time.  The app is completely free and it, as well as a web app, can be found on http://www.fqtaskforce.com/ or the Google Play or Apple App Store.  So if you find yourself heading to the French Quarter, download the app, help the city, and be part of the solution.
